The sad passing of Sgt Tony (Spud) Murphy yesterday (12 May 2019) in Spain after a short illness. He retired from JARIC in 1972. He would have been 86 on Thursday (17th May).

I have just come across this. Spud was a good pal in Malta, particularly when we were being kicked out by the Maltese government. He came to live with me in my quarter on camp until such time as we were repatriated. RIP Spud
