I just heard this morning 14 February 2026, that Ex-F/Sgt Peter “Nick” Nicholls has died. I knew him at Brampton and when I was demobbed and working at the British Museum, they told me he had applied for a job. Of course I gave him a thumbs up! We worked together for some years in the Greek and roman department. RIP Nick.
