William John Vassall, 20/9/24-18/11/96 a British civil servant who, under the pressure of blackmail, spied for the Soviet Union. Seen here when he was an RAF Photographer in WW2. 1945
Details were seen on episode 2 of ‘Secrets of the Spies’, I was in two minds about whether to add his name to the Memorial, so if anyone objects please let me know, and I will remove it.
