Says he passed in 2020? Was my first WO encounter at JSOP in Dec 89. To tell me I was on Pool Flight til 4 Jan when the course starts. Didn’t tell me I’d be on Xmas night guard though😣😣 Top top bloke though

Al Scott

George Lambert
R I P Per Ardua

Steve Barnett
Sad news. DC took over from Binny Hale when I was at Kinloss. Wo’s were Gods back then, fond memories of him. RIP Sir

Gareth Bufton
RIP, fly high.

Pete Julian
I took over from DC at JSOP in 1990. I found a jumbo sized box of tissues in the desk. Later found out that it was for students when they were sent to the WO’s office. Sometimes I asked them why they were sent as not given a “heads up” by an instructor! RIP Graham.

DC was my Sgt at BRIXMIS 75-77, I learnt a lot from him and he always treated me fairly. Shortly after his arrival I formally introduced him to an American colleague as Sgt Drudge-Coates. For the next few days the American called him Drudge. DC was not impressed!

Mike Harris
Condolences to his family. Often wondered about him as we were about the same era and not heard anything about him since about 1985

Very sad to hear about the passing of Graham Drudge-Coates. He was my Sgt at BRIXMIS 75-77, I learnt a lot from him and he always treated me well. A very good badminton player.
